A Scarf For All Seasons

Today was another rainy, cold day here in Columbus. I can't believe it's May...it feels like February! But on the bright side, it's given me an excuse to keep wearing some of my out-of-season favorites. I also wore my all-time favorite scarf. I've worn this scarf so many times, during all kinds of temperatures and weather. It is relatively lightweight, but still offered me a little bit of protection from the elements today. These pictures were taken after a long day of running around, so excuse the fact that I look like a bit of a wreck and that the refrigerator has managed to creep into the corner of both pictures. I've had this scarf for forever, and I still absolutely love it. I hope to start doing these little "previously worn" pictures more often to show how I remix my favorites!

...it looks like rain. You better get ready to see these boots a whole lot, because the weather forecast for the next week is looking rather depressing. I have two pairs of rainboots: these and my Liberty of London for Target ones. Both are bright and colorful, a must for dreary, rainy days. I've recently been considering adding Hunters to my collection. Thoughts? Do you have Hunters? If so, are they worth the splurge?

It's Raining, It's Pouring

Is everyone else having crazy weather today, or is it just an Ohio thing? Its been super windy, with tornado watches and warnings all day, which got my second class of the day canceled (score!). Now I'm holed up in the apartment, trying to stay awake. Its perfect napping weather, but I'm going to try to resist and do some homework instead.

I rushed through my outfit pictures today before the rain started, so I apologize for the lack of quality. Not my best batch ever. I was happy to get another chance to wear these rainboots, even if it meant crappy weather. I think I need to invest in a pair of wintery rain/snow boots, since these boots are a little to Spring-looking to be wearing in late October.
